What will be your role in the Major Infrastructure Projects Division?

People:

• Work on large-scale infrastructure projects (more than 300 Mill. EURO), leading a team of more than 60 people
• Grow and develop the project team, in partnership with the Technical Project Manager
• Manage HR objectives on the project
• Keep open and direct communication within the team and with the headquarter

Procurement:

• Coordinate and manage all procurement related activities, together with Procurement team
• Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

Controlling:

• Manage and track time and cost related actual and target comparison
• Prepare and maintain project budget
• Manage project prognosis and cash flow
• Present the monthly and yearly closing to management
• Provide and interpret timely high-quality reports to management

Financial:

• Manage the payables and receivables of the project
• Monitor the creditors and debtors guarantee status

 

What will be your role in the Major Infrastructure Projects Division?

• You have successfully led a team of more than 20 people
• Experienced in managing large scale projects of more than 50 Mil. EURO
• University education completed (Economics, Economic Engineering or similar)
• English – intermediate level
• SAP preferred
