Foreman (Construction Projects, Romania) – 1 person

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on site.
• Ensure works are executed according to technical drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Organize workforce, equipment, and materials to achieve production targets.
• Monitor site progress and report regularly to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
• Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical guidance and instructions to workers.
• Check completed works for quality, accuracy, and conformity with plans.
• Assist in solving technical and operational issues arising on site.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and efficiency among workers.

Requirements:

• Technical education in construction (high school diploma or vocational training; higher technical studies are an advantage).
• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in civil or railway construction projects.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate construction teams.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Romanian language at native/advanced level (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

Workplace:

Full-time position based on construction sites across Romania.
