Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Junior Technical Documentation Specialist located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Junior Technical Documentation Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation, specifications, and reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with various teams to collect and structure information.
• Writing and editing technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Liaising with relevant railway institutions and customers to report progress and share updates on the status of applications.
• Learning to apply National and European regulations (AFER, ERA, TSI, EN/ISO) in documentation and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Technical Documentation and Technical Writing skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software
• Student or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Transport, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the railway or transportation industry is a plus
• Fluency in English
