Site Manager (Construction Projects, Romania) – 1 person

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day execution of construction projects on site.
• Ensure works are carried out in line with technical documentation, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workforce to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor progress and report regularly to Project Manager.
• Control use of materials, equipment, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost control.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues arising on site.
• Maintain compliance with Romanian construction legislation, railway/civil standards, and client requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing execution of construction projects.
• Solid background in railway construction and/or civil works projects.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian construction laws, standards, and site procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and subcontractors on site.
• Good communication skills in Romanian (native/advanced level).
• Willingness to work on construction sites across Romania.
• Driving license (Category B) is an advantage.

Workplace:

Full-time position based on construction sites across Romania.
