Technical Preparation Specialist (Construction Projects, Romania) – 1 person.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare the technical methodology, descriptions, and documentation for tender submissions.
• Ensure all technical parts of the offer comply with tender specifications, project requirements, and Romanian construction standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Tender Manager, Calculation Specialist, and Eligibility Specialist to produce complete offers.
• Review project drawings, bills of quantities, and specifications to define appropriate construction methodologies.
• Advise on technical solutions, materials, and construction techniques for tenders.
• Maintain a library of technical references, standards, and past project documentation.
• Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Support the team in clarifying technical requirements with clients or authorities.

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in technical preparation or construction project planning.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical standards in Romania.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear tender documentation.
• Organized, methodical, and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CAD or project software is an advantage.
• Team player with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Full-time office position based in Bucharest, Romania.
