? Ideal Candidate

– Completed a technical university degree
– A technical background is an advantage
– Advanced computer skills and Microsoft Excel
– Intermediate level English
– Ability to analyze and synthesize, organizational and rigorous
– Ability to adapt to new situations, communication skills – flexibility, dynamism, ability to adapt quickly to company requirements.

? Job description

– Solicits quotes from suppliers based on purchase requisitions;
– Compares and analyzes offers from a technical-economic point of view;
– Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring quality standards and delivery deadlines are met;
– Issuing purchase orders in the ERP system and transmitting them to the supplier;
– Follow the status and progress of deliveries and liaise with suppliers until full delivery;
– Contact person in dealing with suppliers;
– Analyzes the accompanying documents of goods from suppliers (tax invoices, dispatch advices, etc.) to be in accordance with the placed purchase orders;
– Identifies and evaluates potential suppliers;
– Prepares and submits activity-specific statistical reports as requested by Company management;
– Organize the logistical operations related to the supply of goods (transport, customs formalities, ITU generation)
– Prospecting the market, identifying and evaluating opportunities and new suppliers
